<p>Number 1 hottest athlete is Leryn Franco.  Leryn Franco is a  Paraguayan athlete who specializes in the javelin throw.   A javelin is a  light spear designed primarily for casting as a ranged weapon. The  javelin is almost always thrown by hand.</p>

<p>Heidi has been striving to look perfect, so she underwent many plastic  surgeries.  In January 2010, Montag revealed to People magazine that she  had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day. Among the procedures  were brow-lifts, ear-pinnings, a chin reduction, as well as a second  rhinoplasty and a second breast augmentation.</p>
<p>Besides all the plastic surgeries, she still has to watch her diet and  exercise in order to keep fit.  Heidi says whenever she wants to lose  some weight she cuts down on the ice cream.  Her daily diet/routine  usually includes:</p>
<p>- lean protein and lots of veggies<br />
- 5-7 mini meals consisting of egg whites on oatmeal, ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, and apples<br />
- no alcohol<br />
- sleeping at least 7 hours every day.</p>
<p>As a general rule, Heidi stays away from “white” foods (carbs) and eats  lean protein including steaks, and green veggies, berries and apples.</p>
<p>Heide works out six times a week.  She does weight training three to  five days a week which includes leg lifts, squats, lunges, and upper  body weight lifting.  She also does cardio four to six days a week for  at least 30 minutes.  Before she was featured in Playboy, she worked out  even more.  She trained for 90 minutes a day, five days a week.</p>
<p>Heidi is habitual with her diet and exercise; it is a part of her life.  Eating right is a skill and she has perfected it.</p>
<p>So Heidi was in great shape due to her diet and exercise but she wanted  more, hence, numerous plastic surgeries.  She said that she couldn’t  work out her breasts or her face.  Many thought that her face looked  pretty good before the surgeries.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is official, as of this week Tiger Woods and Elin are divorced.     This has been quite an ordeal for Elin Woods (Nordegren); she went    through a lot during this year.</p>
<p>Elin says she went through  hell but she survived.  Being through   hell and back, she still looks  great.  We all know what stress can   cause, for some it is weight gain  and for some it is weight loss, whole   others may become addicted to  exercise.  When a human body is exposed   to stress, our adrenal glands  release a certain hormone, called   cortisol, which regulates reactions to  stress.</p>
<p>&#8220;The heartbroken person feels so much emotional  stress that the body   is flooded with cortisol — to the point of  depletion,&#8221; explains Coral   Springs mental-health therapist Deborah  Gross.</p>
<p>&#8220;When heartbroken people talk of literally feeling  pain in their   chest, that&#8217;s actually a symptom of a chronic,  long-lasting anxiety   attack related to the breakup and fear of the  future,&#8221; says Linda Losi,   director of clinical services at Fair Oaks  Pavilion at Delray Medical   Center.  At this point, people feel depressed  and don&#8217;t want to eat,   sleep, or do anything else.  According to press,  Elin lost 10 pounds   over the past two months due to stress.  Luckily,  Elin is emerging from   this stage.</p>
<p>When we get stressed,  it is important to recognize what it is doing   to our body and address  the issues as soon as possible through a   balanced diet, exercise and  maybe some meditation.</p>
<p>Stress can damage our immune  system.  The immune system is our   body&#8217;s protective network designed to  fend off invasion by harmful   substances, including bacteria, viruses,  and harmful chemicals, and to   act as a surveillance system against the  development of cancer.  Our   diet, nutrition and immunity are all  related, so it is important to   keep it balanced.</p>
